Attorney Michael E. Thomas is a graduate of the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law. Attorney Thomas is the founder of the Law Office of Michael E. Thomas PLLC. Mr. Thomas developed a very unique negotiating style through years of negotiating and drafting contracts with labor unions and in the corporate world. This unique approach allows Attorney Thomas to put you in the best situation for trial while working towards the settlement of your case. With his strong background in business Attorney Thomas turned his passions to family law and child custody after his own divorce, and maintains a passion for divorce litigation and child custody/ parenting time issues.

Mr. Thomas served as a clerk to The Honorable Rae Lee Chabot in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court in Oakland County.

Attorney Michael E. Thomas earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Northwood University, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law. Mr. Thomas is licensed in the State of Michigan, and has been admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Michigan.
